Ultimate Lacrosse is a fast paced, high excitement game of Lacrosse played on a smaller field
with only 6 players per side including the goalie.
The smaller field steps up the action and scoring and fewer players makes for more "touches"
and more involvement by all players.
The pace of this program is designed to allow a recreational and fun development into the
fastest growing and most exciting "new" sport to hit the fields.
Teams are limited to 12 players and there are 4 -12 minute quarters per game so everyone
sees lots of action and fun.
At East Bay Youth Lacrosse, all teams are formed "intra-league" which means we don't
play outside teams and rotate within our own ranks and play at the same location at close to the same time every week so we're
real easy on family schedules also.
The program is considered recreational and not as competitive as other programs but all the
fun and more is right here with Ultimate Lacrosse.
Divisions are: (may change slightly according to number of registrations)
CO-ED U7
CO-ED U9 ( we will form separate girls program with sufficient registrations in this
age group)
U7 and U9 Divisions are NON CONTACT style of play which develops handling skills
along with game strategy and development without the intensity of contact style of play.

All girls only divisions are NON CONTACT play.

Fee: $295
Early Bird Discounted Fee: (until December 31st, 2010) $225
Equipment: Bring your own or use ours for additional $35 per season.
Use of our equipment will require a deposit of $300. This will be in check form and
will not be cashed but held until equioment is returned at end of season.
Volunteer Deposit: $50 Returned at end of season after minimum 10 hours volunteer
service performed.

We always need quality, experienced, caring coaches. Sign up to coach a team and receive
a $150 discount.
